Working of LED display
The short name for Light Emitting Diode is LED. LED is display is combination of millions of small LED lights .One single led has an anode and a cathode trough which a current flows and a led chip which is located in a reflector. These parts together are wrapped with a transparent or colored synthetic cover and form a small lens that bundles the emitting light.
The point contact diode with a very thin metal wire is pressed against the smooth surface of the semiconductor wafer, and pass to the pulse current, so that the contact wire at one end of the wafer firmly sintered together, forming a "PN "junction.
